Owl Gossip is real mail. Everything we sell is printed and delivered by the United States Postal Service. Nothing is emailed or digital.
Where We Ship
We mail to addresses in the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and PO boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time, including to Canada.
Postage
Postage is included in every price. There are no shipping charges at checkout.
Mail Schedule
- First mailing: goes out within 2 business days of your order and counts as that month’s mailing.
- Every mailing after that: leaves on the 8th of each month. If the 8th falls on a Sunday or a federal holiday, it mails the next business day.
- The Postcard travels as a stamped postcard. The Field Dispatch travels in a kraft envelope.
Delivery Time
USPS First-Class Mail usually arrives in 2 to 5 business days, so mail leaving on the 8th typically lands around the 11th or 12th. Letter mail doesn’t include tracking. That’s part of the charm of real mail, and it’s why we replace anything that goes missing.
Address Changes
Update your address in your customer account at owlgossip.com/customer-dashboard, or email jeremy@owlgossip.com, at least 48 hours before the 8th. Mail that has already entered the USPS mail stream can’t be redirected. If a piece comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll email you to confirm the address and send it again.
Lost or Damaged Mail
- Lost: if a mailing hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of its mail date, email jeremy@owlgossip.com and we’ll send a free replacement.
- Damaged: if something arrives bent or damaged, email us within 30 days. A photo helps. We’ll send a free replacement.
