Owl Gossip is a wildlife postcard subscription that puts something real in the mailbox instead: a barred owl photographed at dawn, a bald eagle pulling a bass from the water, the story of how the moment happened. No app. No screen. Just a postcard or envelope with their name on it, waiting in the mailbox.

Each month a new 4"x6" wild animal postcard will arrive in the mail with a number and brief story of the encounter written on the back. $5 every month until canceled — or pay once for 2, 6, or 12 month terms. Shipping included to U.S. addresses. Cancel anytime; prepaid terms never renew. Sales tax added for Tennessee addresses.
The Field Dispatch = Postcard + Letter
The numbered collectible postcard (blank for mailing), plus a double-sided letter on parchment with all the owl's gossip — education about the wild animal and the general location I found it.

Your first mailing goes out within 2 business days of your order. Every mailing after that leaves on the 8th, so watch the mailbox around the 11th or 12th.

Welcome. My name is Jeremy Osgood, and I’m the wildlife photographer, husband, father, and writer behind Owl Gossip. I have a degree in conservation and a passion for sharing the wildlife around us.
Every image is earned through hours in the woods, waiting on a barred owlet at Radnor Lake State Park, or a black bear cub balancing a log in Cades Cove. When a postcard arrives, you’re holding a real moment, and the story on the back is how it actually happened.
I’m based in Tennessee, so most of what I send comes from the Southern wilds. Now and then I’ll share a special encounter from travels afar.
